It is time to start season of juices

Summer is approaching very fast. This year, spring weather has greeted us extremely early. It is time for spring cleaning and not just in the closet. Lets start from our menu. Lets choose spring salad instead of fatty dishes, lets drink a lot of water and a lot of juices! Especially if we eat fruit and vegetables irregularly or too little.

Juices are smashing literally and figuratively. One glass of juice can easily replace the daily portion of fruit and vegetables recommended by nutritionists. Of course we are not talking about the ready-made carton juices, sweetened and often full of chemicals. We are thinking about freshly squeezed juices, the once prepared by yourself.

Fruits and vegetables juices contain very little fat, but a lot of nutrients. These include: magnesium, potassium, iron, folic acid, vitamin C and beta-carotene. Their beneficial effect is priceless - just a glass a day keeps your body in better shape, it cleans, feeds and gives you energy.

Most elements of the juices are quite limited. It is a result of the habits and routine. We usually drink juice from oranges, apples and carrots but it does not cost us to experiment and go crazy. Possibilities of combining flavours are endless.

Our hit is: Orange - lemon juice.

If you do not have time to prepare juice by yourself and you have to buy a ready-made one, it is best to choose one-day juices. They are not pasteurized, they do not contain sugar and preservatives.
